My name is Doris Galarza and I am the founder and CEO of For The Culture NY LLC. This company started in 2019 after noticing that many of my Latina students didn’t know much about their culture. I wanted to change that. I want to broaden the lens of perception for Latinas so that the superficial stereotypes we are subjugated to become a thing of the past! I chose For The Culture NY because it represents the culture of Latinx people living in NYC.
